3. How do I calculate the number of ports I need?

To monitor servers, you need to sum up the number of ports of each server you would like to monitor. Suppose you want to monitor 2 servers (1 port on the first server and 5 ports on the second server), you will need 1 + 5 = 6 ports in total.

Note: count ping as a port.
